Turnaround Time

At CollectivePatches.com, we’re all about speed and quality. Standard Production: Most custom patches ship within 9–13 business days after proof approval (if selected). Production: Select eligible patch types can ship in just 5 business days after proof approval — simply choose NinjaFast Shipping at checkout. Proof Delivery: Digital proofs are sent within 1–2 business days after order placement (if requested).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow 1–3 business days for the shipping provider to activate or update the tracking details. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 3 business days, contact us with your name, email, and order number.

Refund Policy
