• Before Production: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided production or customization has not yet begun.

• After Production Begins: Once your custom patch design has entered production, cancellations are no longer possible, as each item is made to order.

• Non-Custom Items: For standard (non-custom) products, cancellations may be accepted before shipping.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to payment issues, design violations, or unforeseen circumstances.
If your order is canceled by us, you’ll be notified promptly and refunded in full.
