Most custom patches are dispatched within 9–13 business days after you approve the digital proof (if selected). (Monday to Friday)
Handling time :
Digital proofs are provided within 1–2 business days after your order is placed (if requested). (Monday to Friday) Order cut-off time will be 11:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
You can also review your order status anytime through our website’s Track Your Order page.Â
If you do not receive your tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us with your name, email, and order number so we can assist you promptly.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been processed. If an order has already been processed, please refer to our refund policy.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
