Most custom patches are dispatched within 9–13 business days after you approve the digital proof (if selected).

Proof Delivery:
Digital proofs are provided within 1–2 business days after your order is placed (if requested).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
You can also review your order status anytime through our website’s Track Your Order page.

Please allow 1–3 business days for the shipping carrier to activate or update tracking information.

If you do not receive your tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us with your name, email, and order number so we can assist you promptly.
